Jack Smith Looks Like Saint Francis from 1790’s Brazil.

Jack Smith looks like the images of saints from Brazilian Baroque churches

Jack Smith looked familiar to me. I kept telling my group that he looked like a saint. Not that he was a saint. But that he reminded me of images of saints I grew up with, in vernacular catholic Brazil.

Aleijadinho is a very famous sculptor who created most of the famous images displayed in the baroque churches of the state of Minas Gerais. These churches are opulent, painted in real gold, and typical of the baroque era, displayed emotional biblical scenes and legends.

Jack Smith has the steely glare of such biblical legends, the uncompromising harshness of true believers who survived persecution in ancient lands. All in the name of God. In Jack’s case, all in the name of Truth and Justice. The Orange Beast has met God’s messenger. Jack, a former prosecutor at The Hague, has walked through the valley of the shadow of death for a living, seen the light each and every time.

From Wikipedia:

Antônio Francisco Lisboa (c. 29 August 1730 or 1738 – 18 November 1814), better known as Aleijadinho (Portuguese pronunciation: [aleiʒaˈdʒiɲu], lit. 'little cripple'), was a sculptor, carver and architect of Colonial Brazil, noted for his works on and in various churches of Brazil.

With a style related to Baroque and Rococo, Aleijadinho is considered almost by consensus as the greatest exponent of colonial art in Brazil by Brazilian critics and, surpassing Brazilian borders, for some foreign scholars he is the greatest name of Baroque in the Americas.

Saint Francis of Paula, 18th Century. Polychrome wood, 94cm, Museu de Arte de São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil.

'Aleijadinho''' (1730-1814) - '''São Francisco de Paula''' século XVIII. Madeira policromada, 94 cm de altura. Acervo do Museu de Arte de São Paulo, São Paulo, Brasil.

As Audrey W. said in a comment, “the resemblance is uncanny”. I completely agree. He even looks like this other sculpture of Saint Francis.

Could Copper help alleviate Shingles flare-ups?

In the past year I have started to use crystals in my day to day life very actively. Recently I placed an order for several crystal palm stones to carry in my crystal bag everyday to the office. Among them I received a copper [ metal ] ’stone’. A piece of copper shaped in the form of a worry/palm stone. ( See picture below ).

The copper palm ‘stone’ I ordered from Etsy which led me to insights about copper and its use with inflammations related to Shingles ( one of the manifestations of the Herpes virus )

When this happened I had been sending energy to Janine* ( name changed to protect her privacy ) who had reached out to me about a shingles flare-up she had been experiencing.

I was sending her energy on a daily basis, and on that day, I had been using the copper palm stone to ‘understand’ its properties, when I started the process of sending Janine energy.

Immediately, I received the information that copper would help her. That copper would help with the over-active automatic nervous system aspect of  the shingles flare-up as well as with fighting the virus directly.

Upon receiving this information, I looked up ‘copper and shingles’ and to my surprise, there appears to be a connection. I came across several medical articles that suggested copper was helpful in treating herpes virus flare ups. ( Shingles is related to the Herpes virus ).

and [ 2 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC163800/

In addition, I learnt that in India, grandmothers drink water from copper bottles because of copper’s properties in fighting infections. It is a well-known practice in Ayurvedic medicine.  https://www.scmp.com/lifestyle/health-wellness/article/3185935/why-you-should-drink-water-stored-copper-jug-or-pot

This is what I wrote:

hi Janine

I wanted to tell you that I started sending you energy again, because I felt that it had lessened but not gone completely. And today, I happened to have this copper palm ‘crystal’ I had just received in the mail. And I was using it I was starting to send you energy, and I received the information that copper might help prevent flare-ups. This is the link for a similar item I got from Etsy .

I got the information that the extra stress, which is transformed as an electrical discharge, may be ’neutralized’ by copper.  And I did what I do when I receive this type of information, I looked up “copper and shingles” and surprise surprise it appears that there is some correlation between low levels of copper and flare ups of the Herpes virus ( which includes Shingles as you know ).

Very interesting!

So you can use these palm stones, in the back of your head as you lay down, ( on the ‘bumps’ on your skull right above your neck ). That is the area that connects to the automatic nervous system. You can also place them directly onto the affected area.

Re: copper apparently in Ayriuveda, Indian diet and medicine, they use water bottles made of copper in order to have copper neutralize the PH of water. ( You can look up “copper water bottles” on Amazon ). So interesting!!!

Never forgot it, her strength; the absolute horror she lived through with her horrible ex husband; how she found strength in spirituality to overcome her circumstances and how she met the love of her life later in life. Intuitive techniques and tools to help yourself in your path forward.

Interviewing your future self.

One of my favorite techniques is interviewing my future self. You can ask yourself anything … our highest selves have the answers we need. What I do is record the questions below, count about 15secs of silence after each question, and then listen to the recording, allowing all the information that needs to come, come. Feel free to copy, paste and create your own questions. Feel free to add your own intros.

I then open the brainwave apps and listen to vocal recording with the buzzing sounds on background.

Below are two scripts you can use for your own recordings.

Messages and insights about today

This is so useful to listen to on a day to day basis. I find that it focuses the mind for the day. You can also print it out and use it as a prompt sheet for automatic writing.
